Ingredients: Sate: 1 pound Pork tenderloin, Pork Centerloin or Chicken breast. Marinade:

Preparation: Dice the meat into 1 inch square cubes and put onto bambo skewers (3-5 per stick) Combine all the marinade ingredients into a food processor and make into a smooth paste. Poor this paste over the prepared sates and leave to marinate for at least 4 hours in the refrigerator. Cook the sates on the barbecue or under the grill for 5-10 minutes until done to your taste and serve with hot Peanut Sauce or Ketjap sauce for sate. |
