This is a very simple bust tasty recipe that makes a nice side dish, or can be part of a rijsttafel |

Dice Onion and crush the garlic. Fry in the oil for several minutes. Add the ginger, sugar and sambal oelek and fry for a further minute. Dice the tomatoes and add to the onion mix. Add the water and bring to a boil, add beans and ketjap and boil for a further 10 minutes. Serve with white boiled rice. |
