Bami goreng

Fried egg noodles. Serve with sateh and fried eggs. It is very easy to make and wont take more than 30 minutes to prepare. |
Ingredients:
* Tbs = Tabel spoon * Tsp = Tea spoon |
Preparation: Boil the Noodles, using the instructions on the packet. Rinse and set aside. Heat your wok and add the oil. Stir-fry the diced onion and garlic for 1 minute. Add the meat, prawns and sambal oelek and fry for 3 minutes. Add the finely sliced carrots, leek and cabbage and fry for 4 more minutes. Add the noodles and ketjap manis. Use pepper and salt as needed and stir-fry for 4 minutes. Serve hot with fried eggs, and decorate with some leftover leeks. Delicious with hot peanut sauce. |
