This is a delicious rice dish which can be used with a fish dish. |

Rice rinsed and dry

Onions, chopped |

Ginger garlic paste |

Spring onions, chopped |

Saffron, soaked in water |

Pineapple slices, cubed |

Spice powder |

(caradamom, clove, cinnamon, shahjeera, nutmeg, mace)

| Method: |
| Clean and rinse the rice. |
| Fry the chopped onions and vegetables for
a while. |
| Add de rice, water, salt and spice
powder, cook till rice is done. |
| Add cut pineapple and some of the juice. |
| Serve it hot. |
