| INGREDIENTS: 40 grams butter 50 grams white flour 50 grams self-rising baking flour 50 grams fine sugar (caster sugar) salt 1/2 tbsp speculaas spices (see recipe in the above list) 2 tbsp milk (not too much!). INSTRUCTIONS: Knead all ingredients till you get a solid dough. Form small balls and place them on a greased or non stick cookie sheet. Bake for 20 minutes at 160C.(325F) |
