INGREDIENTS: 160g cups flour 125g unsalted butter 125g sugar pinch of salt (you can also add a bit of ginger! or 1/2 tbsp of almond extract!---optional) INSTRUCTIONS: Preheat the oven to 350C/180F.Put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Roll the mixture into a nice ball of dough. Press the dough into a small square or round cake pan. Bake for about 25 minutes till the top gets golden brown! |
